Jon (Old Hippy) Goldson

After spending several years as an international Gigolo Jon missed the plane and has been here ever since! No-one is quite sure how this happened or what he actually does here, least of all Jon himself! Jon actually spent 20 years painting bikes before coming here and his burning passion for motorcycles shines through all he does. (His burning passion for cakes and chocolate shines through his waistline even more!)
Terry (Stan Laurel) Martin
Ducati service, parts, clothing and accessories manager.
An invaluable ( or is it that he has no value?) team member Terry really does eat live and breathe motorcycles, Terry has also spent time wobbling around race tracks chasing men in tight leather suits, he said he was racing but we think as he spent so much time at the back it was more for the view of all that skin tight leather!
Always eager to help and with a great product knowledge Terry consistently pushes customer service forward, so if your looking for a “spare part”, look no further than our very own Terry!

Stuart is one of the most passionate Ducati fans you will ever meet and his attention to detail is legendary, a really positive advertisement for OCD! A dedicated family guy and all round nice bloke who will go out of his way to get the job done right. He’s been with us since his apprenticeship back when he had more hair on his head than his back, ah those were the days..
Francis Stenson
part time George Michael lookalike and Unofficial Italia test pilot
Not technically a staff member, but he’s certainly part of the Italia family.
Francis is our “tedious bike runner in bloke” as we sadly don’t always have the time to run the vast fleet of demo bikes in properly before we let you good people out on them. Due to his train spotting tendencies he has a very patient approach with a great deal of mechanical sympathy so you know they get a proper gentle lovin’
Adam (Cookie Monster) Cowell, Technician
Adam is our latest team member and his ability to consume biscuits is legendary,
he can make an entire packet of chocolate Digestives disappear faster than you can think, “is he going to share those biscuits or what!
We suspect that he could also peel oranges in his pocket too but he twirls a spanner with a cheeky grin and so we will forgive his lack of snack etiquette.
Phill (look at the size of that head!) Kay

Another highly skilled technician joins our team, Phill Kay has worked in the motorbike industry for over 20 years. Initially gaining his knowledge locally on an apprenticeship with a Honda/Kawasaki main dealer, working with our own “senior technician”, Steve Rowley!
After achieving the position of Chief Motorcycle Technician, he then set up on his own, servicing anything on two wheels. Before joining our team he worked for the local Harley dealer (so he could find a use for his AF spanners!) Phil is also the drummer in a very talented Rock band called The Snoggs so if you ever see them billed anywhere you are guaranteed a great nights entertainment !.
Adam (Ploddo) Hodson
Adam has been with us since we started grooming him as a Saturday boy nearly fifteen years ago and has been a real asset to the company with his ready wit, IT skills, an Encyclopedic knowledge of our clothing department and his schoolboy looks!
If you want a reliable and efficient person to guide you through the minefield of modern motorcycle clothing then Adams your man!!
